It was a great honor and pleasure for the École internationale Gaston Thorn when the Mayor of the City of Luxembourg, Ms Lydie Polfer, and the Minister of Education, Children, and Youth, Mr Claude Meisch, signed the agreement between the École internationale Gaston Thorn and the Music Conservatory of the City of Luxembourg on September 11, 2023.
The Conservatory's director, Mr Marc Meyers; the Government Commissioner for Music Education, Mr Gilles Lacour; and the school director, Ms Jessy Medinger, attended the event.
The agreement reinforces the school's partnership with the Conservatory, which has existed since the school's foundation in September 2022, and lays the foundation for further projects.
