In ACTPA Naturally Wild, we explored autumn fruits and tracked footprints in winter before welcoming spring with a special activity: making wild garlic pesto.
Together, we collected fresh wild garlic, carefully prepared it, and turned it into a delicious pesto.
Our students were especially proud to offer a small jar of their homemade pesto to Mrs Markusdottir.
