As part of the Erasmus+ programme, EIGT had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from Porta-Coeli-Schule Himmelpforten in Hamburg, Germany, for an inspiring mobility experience focused on learning, cultural exchange, and European cooperation.
Throughout their stay, the German students joined their EIGT peers in a variety of collaborative activities designed to encourage communication, teamwork, and intercultural understanding. Through workshops, shared projects, and informal moments of exchange, students discovered new perspectives, strengthened their language skills, and built meaningful connections with one another.
The programme also offered the opportunity to explore the local culture and traditions, allowing our guests to experience the richness of the region while sharing aspects of their own German heritage with the EIGT community.
Hosting international students is a valuable part of EIGT’s commitment to Erasmus+ and European collaboration. These exchanges create opportunities for students to learn beyond the classroom, develop greater cultural awareness, and create friendships that extend across borders.
