In the context of Erasmus+, a delegation from EIGT consisting of 15 students and 2 teachers participated in a trip to Athens, Greece, which took place between 26-30 April 2026. The delegation of EIGT visited another EPAS School, namely Athens College in Greece, and engaged in common educational group activities, including presentations of the schools and of the countries, common language classes, group participation in the MUN Club, common radio podcasts and group recreational activities, among others.
The students of EIGT and Athens College had the opportunity to visit important landmarks of the Greek capital, including the Acropolis of Athens, the New Museum of Acropolis, the Ancient Agora, etc.
The visit gave the opportunity to both schools to strengthen their cooperation and to set the grounds for future collaboration in more projects. EIGT students have expressed their satisfaction for the opportunity to participate in this exchange project and they have invited their classmates from Athens College to visit EIGT and Luxembourg next year.
