It’s Easter time and, in the spirit of cherishing our diverse community, the S1 L2 EN class explored the Swedish tradition of fika. To celebrate this cosy cultural ritual, students baked the famous chokladbollar (Swedish chocolate balls).
As part of a unit dedicated to food, the class combined language learning with hands-on experience, and what better way to end the week than by getting their hands deliciously messy with chocolate? A sweet moment of learning, sharing and cultural discovery!
