On Thursday, April 3, the VP1FR1 students had the opportunity to visit the exhibition “Babel heureuse?” at the Lëtzebuerg City Museum in Luxembourg City.
The exhibition allowed students to explore key themes such as cultural diversity, multilingualism, and the challenges of living together. Through an interactive setup and constant invitations to reflect on their own experiences, students gained a deeper understanding of the richness and complexity of coexistence between different cultures — viewed through the lens of grand narratives (monotheisms) and history (exchange, migration, settlement).
Some of the conversations that emerged during the visit were especially stimulating: the most engaged students shared their impressions and personal reflections on the importance of diversity and openness toward others.
