As part of the Erasmus+ programme, EIGT teachers had the opportunity to participate in job shadowing activities in Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, and Italy, strengthening international cooperation and promoting the exchange of good practices in education.
During these mobility experiences, teachers visited partner schools, observed different teaching approaches, and engaged in meaningful discussions with their European colleagues. By sharing methodologies, classroom strategies, and innovative ideas, participants gained new perspectives that will enrich teaching and learning at EIGT.
Beyond professional development, these exchanges also fostered cultural understanding, collaboration, and the creation of lasting partnerships among educators across Europe. Experiencing different school environments allowed teachers to reflect on their own practices and discover new ways to inspire and support their students.
The Erasmus+ job shadowing programme highlights the importance of continuous learning and international collaboration, empowering teachers to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and shared European values back to their classrooms.
