On Tuesday, 11 March 2025, students from the EIGT enrolled in the DIMAS program (Diplôme d'Initiation aux Métiers Aéronautiques et Spatiaux) had the exciting opportunity to visit the Luxembourg Air Rescue facilities.
The visit began with an introduction to the missions carried out by Luxembourg Air Rescue, followed by an engaging interaction with LAR staff, including pilots, medical doctors, and nurses. A highlight of the visit was exploring the hangar, where students had the chance to see the state-of-the-art helicopters and airplanes used for rescue missions worldwide.
This experience gave students valuable experience and further insight into different aviation career opportunities.
