At EIGT, we believe in creating a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and active participation, where everyone's voice is valued and heard.
A democratic approach in school development means that decisions are made collectively, taking into account the opinions and perspectives of all stakeholders - students, teachers, parents, and staff. We encourage our school members to actively participate in long-term and short-term planning.
During the school year 2022-2023, parents, students, and teachers developed the first EIGT school development plan which consists of the objectives individualising educational support and promoting psycho-social support.
The two groups working on the school development plan are the Compass Crew.
