Welcome to the world of Safety School Superheroes, where everyday children become champions of safety!
The school is excited to introduce you to 3S Heroes, an Erasmus + project funded by the European Union. It's all happening from January 1st, 2024, to June 30th, 2025, led by EIGT Luxembourg in cooperation with Italy and Turkey.
What's it all about? Safety School Superheroes is about teaching primary school children how to stay safe—whether they're at school or at home. In this context, "safety" refers to activities and behaviors that can help safeguard them from injury or danger. This could include safety measures like fire safety, stranger danger awareness, online safety, bullying prevention, and other pertinent issues.
Little robots help predict accidents before they happen! Alongside this technical help, the children are stepping up as the real heroes, making sure everyone stays out of harm's way at school and around the house. It's not just about empowering children with the knowledge and skills they need to navigate potential risks, but also being there for each other.
On March 19th, 2024, the ‘3S Heroes’ project team convened for the kick-off meeting at EIGT in Luxembourg.
